Gezelny Hall is a NSFW dating sim with an animated story. You play as Oz, our charming hero who attends Gezelny Hall, who obtains a watch that can stop time and with it begin an adventure that involves his classmates. There's a wide open world to explore with a story that is only just beginning.

Neat art direction and story concept. Quite a short demo at the moment, but certainly enough to intrigue.
I feel that a lot of the work you've done with the models is currently lost to the limitations of the Renpy engine. Unity and Unreal are both free to use, support 3D graphics and are easy to get started with. You can keep developing the game as a VN while taking advantage of the 3D rendering aspects that those engine provide.
Another immediate advantage would be a dramatic drop in file size and better animation quality. A fully animated game based on video files will get really heavy really quickly, or suffer from lossy video compression. A 3D game based on models and animation rigs will stay quite small and look great even with hundreds of different clips and poses.
I also think that 3D would be an excellent fit for the time stopping idea. Maybe you could pan the camera around a still scene and choose actions in frozen time, then when time resumes you'll see the effect of what you've done play out. Please consider it.
